Meet Brit

Hey, I’m Brit. Texas Panhandle born and raised, wife, mom of two, sarcasm connoisseur, and the owner of a backyard that happens to be Palo Duro Canyon. I have been photographing weddings since 2006 and planning Texas adventure elopements since before they were a movement. Established 2019, this site is where my home-state couples live.

What I actually do: match you to the Texas location that fits who you two are, handle the permits and the license timing and the timeline, plan five versions of your day so weather never wins, and photograph the whole thing like the old friend who happens to be the best shooter you know. I am legally ordained too, so the wedding can be exactly two people and me.

The resume part: 20 years, The Knot’s Best of Weddings Hall of Fame, featured in over 200 publications including Martha Stewart Weddings, POPSUGAR and HuffPost, and seen on Ellen, NBC, CBS, ABC and FOX.
